This role forms part of the CSR Fibre Cement Category team and is uniquely positioned to influence and drive business strategy across sales, marketing, and operations.As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing product lifecycle whilst working with several cross-functional teams such as technical, supply chain, finance, marketing, and sales to drive business strategy and growth plans.You will seek out opportunities to improve the product portfolio and engage with key customers to gather insights on the construction market, emerging trends, and new product ideas. This role will require you to have great empathy for the customer to ensure their needs and pain points are understood and addressed in the new product development process.In a fast-paced environment, you need to have good time management, the ability to focus on what's important, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence through presentations.
