As a Product Manager, you'll conduct market discovery to understand customer needs, define product requirements, and track product metrics to ensure the success of our offerings. As a Product Manager, you'll collaborate with diverse innovation, growth, engineering and commercial teams across ResMed. You'll leverage your innovation, research, data analysis, and solution creation expertise to drive change and solve complex problems.
Lets talk about the role:
Product Team Influence
- Accountable for both the value and viability of the products and services.
- Drive visibility and alignment between commercial teams, the Product team, and enabling functions.
- Design for tomorrow, not today.
Organizational Influence
- Rally support from senior leadership across functions on new product experience vision and ideas.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of experts.
- Act as a mentor and educator to other PMs and colleagues.
- Assist in recruiting, retaining, and coaching fellow PMs and engineers.
Market Influence
- Present thought leadership and evolve best practices.
- Develop strong relationships with the ecosystem – engineering, commercial, partners.
- Communicate product vision to customers and partners, bringing on early adopters with ease.

You hold a degree in Marketing, Science, Business, or Engineering discipline with proven experience in Research and Development, Data Analytics, and Strategic Marketing.
Key skills:
- Customer-Experience Grounding: Design customer-centric experiences through the customer decision journey.
- Market Orientation: Understand market trends, partner ecosystems, and competitive strategies deeply.
- Business Acumen: Comfortable with business strategy, portfolio prioritization, go-to-market, pricing, and tracking key performance indicators and financial metrics.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in technology trends, architectural questions, stack control points, roadmaps, and managing the development life cycle.
- Soft Skills: Lead teams, communicate with diverse groups, and influence change throughout the organization.
Advantageous experience:
- Start-Up environment or Lean Innovation function.
- Entry-level Data Science capabilities.
- Patient facing roles or patient-centric environments.
- Medical Device or Dental health industry experience.
- Familiarity with reimbursed healthcare systems.
- CX/Service Design background.
