As the Product Manager, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager Product Pricing and Delivery Customer Contact, and will support with the design, development, management and performance of the Business Lending, Consumer Lending, Deposits, Wealth and Rural Product portfolios, as well as transformation initiatives.
As the Product Manager, you will support the Senior Manager, Product, Pricing and Delivery by working directly on product transformation initiatives and furthermore, providing delivery and change support on transformation initiatives. You will research across the industry and be involved in design thinking work to provide relevant information and critical thinking to support the design and development of products using the Product Lifecycle Framework.
You will play a key role in ensuring products are aligned to business strategy and operating within the Bank’s risk appetite. You will also bring your extensive stakeholder management and relationship building skills to engage with various stakeholders across the division and enterprise and contribute to the reimagining of our banking products, the product and pricing systems and processes associated, and creating alignment with risk, processes and customer facing teams.
