Reporting to the Group Product Manager, the Product Owner role is responsible for the design and delivery of Product Development for the organisation.Via a clearly defined product development strategy, including enhanced communications and marketing, the newly created product will redefine customers' expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analyse sector trends.
- Collaborate with relevant SMEs on content development for the product.
- Collaborate with the Experts Academy to develop training content and delivery applicable to the ongoing implementation of the product.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure enhanced delivery, and clearly articulated
Key Deliverables
- Delivery of the Product vision and strategy for the client.
- Direct responsibility for the development of new products and improve the development of existing products.
- Direct responsibility for the implementation of the Product Development roadmap that ensures customers are at the forefront of decision making.
- Responsible for the launch of new products.
- Ensure an aligned approach to delivery and capability across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Ireland ensuring scalable and consistent high-quality delivery
- Deliver a sector leading and innovative product to the market
Skills and Experience required
- Product Management experience, preferably in a services environment.
- Solid understanding of product development and product lifecycle management practices.
- Excellent and confident communicator.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Highly analytical with a creative problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work to project deadlines and schedules.
