Your Role & Team:

The Decide team are responsible for the core portfolio of data and analytics products of CreditorWatch, including commercial credit bureau solutions. 
 

What you will do:

Reporting to the Head of Product and working with the portfolio's lead Product Manager, you will help define and drive the delivery of the product roadmap. 
Drive the product by owning multiple product backlogs, setting the right priorities, and defining clear direction for all stakeholder teams throughout the business delivering the product i.e. Engineering, DevOps, QA, Product Designer and the rest of the product team. 

What you will bring:

  • Experience building and growing SaaS products from ideation, to launch, to monitoring their success in the market day to day. 
  • Strong communication skills to focus team members across engineering and design to achieve successful team outcomes. This includes the ability to relay complex concepts simply to ensure goals and benefits are clear. 
  • Results driven: you have a firm focus on user value with a pragmatic attitude to incorporating commercial goals as part of each product release. 
  • Proven ability to lead delivery teams - drive the day-to-day delivery process, including clearing blockers, and ensuring backlog items are prioritised, developed and released on time while meeting defined product outcomes.  
  • Demonstrated acumen for synthesising market and customer insights into winning software capabilities.
