What you will doAs an integral member of the Unified Communication Group , you will:
- Develop strategic product vision and roadmap around meeting rooms, control systems and mobile meeting room solutions.
- Contribute to developing the strategic vision to maximise customer and organisational value.
- Provide SME and oversee product lifecycle operations using relevant governance framework.
- Lead and manage the product backlog.
- Contribute to documentation and manage adherence to SLAs.
- Present and communicate to stakeholders of all levels.
- Support the product team throughout the lifecycle to deliver on customer and business requirements.
- Provide professional advice and experience across products such as Microsoft and Cisco.
- Tavel to customer sites across the state as needed.
- Partner with customers and key stakeholders to effectively manage and achieve product deliverables, program priorities and successful outcomes.
About youWe are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:
- Product owner with experience managing the lifecycle of Meeting rooms (Microsoft and Cisco) and mobile meeting products in a large-scale and complex environment, experience in the NSW Health sector will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated superior expertise and a proven record of achievement managing a large and complex product lifecycle and leading multidisciplinary teams in a large and complex clinical ICT service environment.
- Strong presentation skills – road mapping
- Strong communication skills – stakeholders of all levels.
- Finance acumen and understanding of product cost modelling and total cost of ownership principles.
