Product Portfolio Manager

Brand New Permanent role with a premier multi-national insurance client.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager / Product Portfolio Manager who has an excellent background in the Digital Workplace. You must bring expert knowledge across Microsoft 365 Collaboration tools and any experience you bring with AI (Copilot) would be highly regarded.
This role can sit anywhere in Australia (Sydney is the preference), offering flexible working with 1 or 2 days in the office. The client is ideally looking for a start within 4-5 weeks.
This is a senior role with 10-15 direct reports and comes with a generous salary package of $250k-$260k including 13% superannuation and up to 20% STI.
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused leader to head up a Collaboration & Property Technology team with end-to-end ownership of a Product Portfolio that includes key elements of Microsoft 365 such as Teams, Viva Engage (Yammer), Whiteboard and the overall hybrid meeting and event experience (physical and digital) incorporating the rollout of Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) hardware to 500+ meeting rooms across Australia and New Zealand.
In addition to the above, this role be accountable for thec client's Property Technology and will lead the enablement of Generative AI capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot, so there is an opportunity to truly pioneer the enablement of this exciting new technology that will change the way people work!
