SalaryWe are seeking a Chief Product manager/Product director to join a high performing insurance company in Sydney's CBD. As part of the collaboration and property technology team, this position is intended for an independent thinker with deep knowledge in technical, financial, operational and commercial aspects of their domain.
This is a permanent role, providing a great opportunity to develop your capabilities and skills.
As part of this role, you will be accountable to expand Microsoft teams room (MTR) nationwide, covering 20,000 users and 500 meeting rooms. The challenge lies in meeting high executive expectations for flawless MTR adoption. Th team is preparing to scale operations to enhance MTR's maturity and capabilities across the organization. The focus is on achieving equity in hybrid and in-room experiences, emphasizing platform integration, real-time services, and a smooth migration from WebEx to Teams, among other changes.
Technical Requirements:
- Expertise in the use of Microsoft Teams.
- Proven extensive experience in technology business or product management as a Senior Product or Portfolio Manager in the Collaboration and Property Tech space
- Strong understanding of UX and Employee experience
- Proven experience and deep understanding of AI Generative projects
- Technical expertise, either a degree in engineering or 10+ years in engineering management
- Commercial negotiation and contract management > $20m
- Direct experience in consultancy, facilitation, or negotiation leadership
- A background in financial services is desirable.
