Product & Portfolio Manager

As a Product & Portfolio Manager in our Sales and Marketing team you will look after Emerging Retail and also manage the Freezer category across major retailers. You will work collaboratively with our internal and external stakeholders, think strategically, manage projects from start to finish and drive category growth through supporting customers in building an innovation pipeline.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with leading the overall portfolio strategy and planning with key retailers
• Manage projects and work collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure projects are within scope and executed on time and in full
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and effective communication within teams
• Identify and manage risks effectively
• Build project scopes and review the success of the launches against the project objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and continuously improve ways of working
• Accurate budget management including quote and invoice reconciliation & approval
• Generate new ideas and solutions that help sustain/grow business that delivers margin accretive initiatives
• Identify short and long-term opportunities based on a detailed knowledge of consumer & shopper issues to develop business solutions
• Establish timelines and milestones with relevant internal stakeholder engagement
• Prepare and present internal and external presentations
