So let’s tell you about the role…My client is looking for a Product Researcher to take the helm of the market and customer research efforts, helping to shape the strategy and product development. Working closely with our Product and Innovation Managers, you’ll be instrumental in collecting customer feedback, analyzing their needs and preferences, and conducting comprehensive market research. Your insights will be crucial in identifying new product opportunities and enhancing the performance of our existing solutions. Join us to help drive innovation and tailor our products to meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers.

- Define and implement research methodologies and frameworks tailored for product development.
- Manage budgets and oversee engagements linked to product research projects.
- Conduct thorough market research, including industry trends, customer behavior, and third-party analysis, to gain a deep understanding of customer motivations, barriers, and needs.
- Lead detailed product research to understand how customers use our products and to inform future product development plans.
- Analyze demographic and behavioral data to identify customer needs and challenges.
- Provide actionable insights and detailed reports from research data to help shape our strategy and product roadmap.
- Analyze and interpret research data to present clear, data-driven insights and outcomes
- A Bachelor’s degree in research, marketing, behavioral sciences, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in market research, preferably with some involvement in product development.
- A solid grasp of various research frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong skills in both quantitative and qualitative analysis, including experience with data visualization tools, data analytics, and the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
- Experience in circularity, recycling, or waste management is a plus but not essential.
- Background in working within not-for-profit or government sectors would be beneficial
