About the Role
As the Product Sales Administration and Logistics Superintendent, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless delivery of uranium to our customers. Based in our modern Adelaide CBD Office, you'll oversee administrative, accounting, and Logistics coordination, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Product Sales Administration
- Schedule customer deliveries with reference to notifications, forecast inventory volumes and converter stock locations.
- Maintain schedule of forecast converter stock balances based on budgeted production volumes, planned shipments and sales.
- Maintain schedule of customer contracts reflecting scheduled deliveries by time and volume and estimated pricing based on contract pricing mechanisms and forecast uranium prices.
- Communicate with customers and converters to provide and respond/record notifications required under contracts and arrange product deliveries and associated documentation.
- Schedule maximum monthly spot sales to meet cash flow requirements having regard to stock availability.
- Monitor and analyze sales contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Product Logistics
- Manage the Transport Management Plan for safe product transportation.
- Track product shipments from site to converters and reconcile inventory records.
- Liaise with outsourced providers and mine operations to ensure compliance with the Transport Management Plan.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulators regarding product logistics.
- Prepare all the required shipping documents, notices, and permit clearances for each shipment.
About You
You will have the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Logistics or similar.
- 10+ years commercial experience preferable in resources sales and marketing/logistics
- Experience within the mining or a similar industry (such as retail or hazardous chemicals logistics) would be seen as an advantage.
- High sense of accountability.
- Highly organised and detailed approach.
- High regard for strict adherence to procedures.
- Strong communicator for day-to-day dealings with various internal and external parties.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Some flexibility to travel to site as required.
