Terroir Selections - Administration, Accounts And Sales Logistics Assistant

Terroir Selections is a boutique wine wholesale company, working closely with the top restaurant and independent wine retail sectors across Australia. Based in the Adelaide Hills, Terroir Selections is looking to hire a new team member to take charge of processing customer orders nationally, working closely with our sales representatives and different logistics and warehousing facilities, ensuring orders are delivered in good order and on time.

The successful applicant will also be required to monitor inventory requirements across Australia, and produce sales and inventory reports on a regular basis for the management team.

Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):

• Responding to inbound telephone calls and to follow up outbound calls where necessary 
• Processing customer orders accurately and to tight deadlines
• Check stock levels and manage distribution
• Investigate and resolve customer issues
• Day to day administration and customer service
• Data entry  
• Helping out with various warehousing duties on an as needs basis

About you: 

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
• The ability to work well as part of a cohesive team  
• Experience within orders, logistics customer service and/or administration 
• Efficient and accurate data entry skills – high attention to detail is a must 
• Intermediate EXCEL skills, with strong knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications
• Inventory and logistics background – desirable

This role is pivotal to the smooth running of our entire business and as such the successful applicant will form a crucial linking role between the management and Sales teams. Being a small, family owned business, there is scope for flexible working conditions, and the opportunity to grow the role as the business continues to grow and develop.
