The Consumer Credit Crew are accountable for delivering and maintaining the Bankwest Credit Cards and Personal Loans product portfolio ensuring we achieve sustainable growth with products that our customers want. The team consists of strong product delivery specialists, analytical & strategic capability, pricing specialists and product process experts.
Do work that matters: This role involves data support for the product crew within Consumer Credit; including analytical and product insight support which will contribute to the development of strategy, product design and portfolio pricing. Key to this role will be the ability to develop the required technical skills and collaborate with the product team to drive business decisions.

On any given day you will:
- Support portfolio programs with data insights that drive the strategic direction of our products, retention and customer experience.
- Provide data support and administration of all regulatory, compliance and risk activities.
- Build and implement product performance reporting and insights
- Qualifications in computer sciences or a business related field (e.g. data science, finance, mathematics, statistics, business)
- Previous experience in an analytics role is preferred
- Problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills
- Proven analytical capability to drive insight and recommendations for business improvement
- Strong technical skills – Understanding of SAS, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint & Tableau.
- Proficient to expert in using Microsoft Office suit
