The Opportunity:
We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Product Support Engineer to support the expansion of Daikin Domestic Product range. This role will include key responsibilities such as:
- Develop and improve customer relationships
- liaising with overseas Daikin factories in support of new product introduction
- Preparing master data information and pricing proposals to support new models into SAP
- Support the Regulatory Compliance Manager to ensure all products meet relevant Australia standards
- Develop product brochures, flyers and electronic direct mail to our customer base
- Complying with Daikin administration requirements including quality management processes and OH&S requirements.
About you
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and deliver results in a timely and professional manner.
- Good understanding of Airconditioning Products & Accessories is highly regarded
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to work and problem solving
- Able to maintain and foster relationship within Daikin and external suppliers
