We are committed to a workforce that reflects the communities we serve and actively seek to recruit people from diverse backgrounds to build a supportive and inclusive workplace where our people can gain a sense of belonging, value and opportunity.What you will doWe have an exciting opportunity in the End User Services team for a Product Support Officer.Reporting into the Team Manager, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of high-level administrative services and leverages extensive business unit knowledge, partnering with stakeholders, to support the unit's program of work and facilitate the delivery of business operations.As an integral member of the End User Services team, you will be involved in:· Procurement and delivery of End User devices.· Perform procurement planning to ensure device and peripheral stock levels are maintained.· Respond to and fulfil procurement request within SLAs to meet customer requirements.· Document procurement processes and decisions fully to provide an audit trail for probity and audit purposes.· Coordinate and manage records and ITSM systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.· Monitor ITSM systems, adapting processes and techniques as required, to facilitate efficient team/unit operations in line with Service offerings, policies and procedures.· Provide a range of IT support services to meet customer business needs.More information about the role can be found in theAbout youThe skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you are:
- Experience in providing high level administrative coordination and support to complex and technical ICT/digital team in a large and complex service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes proven knowledge and capability identifying potential or actual service/delivery issues.
- Developed organisational skills and experience working in a demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach dealing with challenges creatively to achieve business focused outcomes.
- Describe a time when you have worked in a complex, high volume environment and how you prioritised competing demands to ensure that expected outcomes were met.
