An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated Production Arts Technician. This important role requires a warm and welcoming nature, exemplary interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. Flexibility with work hours may be required.
The successful applicant will be;
- A highly skilled, motivated, efficient and knowledgeable individual with demonstrated skills and experience in both Visual Arts, Design and Media areas.
- Able to demonstrate a willingness to work as an innovative and collaborative team member to achieve the highest possible outcomes for students.
- Capable of working independently in managing department supplies, maintaining workspaces in the department and maintaining current record keeping and organisational systems.
- Efficient in researching, sourcing, purchasing and organising materials, equipment and resources and assisting in the preparation of student works for displays, exhibitions and competitions, for Visual Arts/Design/Media.
- Supportive of the Catholic ethos and the Presentation traditions and practices of the College.
The successful applicant will also have a warm and welcoming disposition, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability for self-directed work, flexibility, creativity and excellent attention to detail.
