We're seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join us as a Production Coordinator. This is a Permanent opportunity based in Blackwater, QLD, and offers both FIFO and DIDO options, with a 7/7 or 2/2 roster and 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the scheduling of shifts, equipment, and resources to ensure targets are delivered.
- Safety Leadership: Be a leader and deliver safety to support the well-being of our team members and compliance with regulations.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the underground mining teams to achieve productivity targets.
- Production Optimisation: Work with Mine Senior Officials to maximize output and minimize downtime.
- Communication: Clear communication of expectations.
Qualifications and Requirement
- Underground coal mining operations with demonstrated coordination or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Full Australian working rights
