The Role
- Developing and drafting new house designs to full working drawings
- Liaising and supporting the Director
- Liaising with suppliers, clients, sales team and marketing companies regarding designs and drawings
- Updates and revisions to house plans
- Preparing marketing material
What you need
- A passion for residential construction
- Min. 4 years in a residential drafting role with a new home builder
- Diploma in Building Design (or similar)
- AutoCAD Qualified
- Strong knowledge of NCC, QDC and Small Lot Code
- Well developed writing and communication skills
