This is a highly rewarding but fast paced role located in Mount Waverley within the busy Production Estimating Team. You will have an understanding of the building industry in any capacity, professionalism and a natural ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the Group Production Estimating Manager, your responsibilities will include: Provide high quality Estimating administration support in a professional and timely manner
Scheduling jobs from ACC to maximise efficiency and profit
Assist in sourcing suppliers and prices for “one off items where required
Provide revision and identify anomalies within Bill of Quantities and arrange amendments
Ensure work is carried out in a timely manner to those procedures and disciplines provided
Observe due dates, and complete reporting on a regular basis; and
Assist in the workflow and management of customer files within the Estimating department.

The successful candidate will have: Diploma of Building Construction would be an advantage
Trade background would be considered an advantage
Well developed communication and time management/prioritisation skills
An understanding of the residential home building and construction process would be an advantage
Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of stakeholders and activities; andA proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.
