Magnum Flavours & Ingredients is a supplier of food ingredients, a manufacturer of liquid and powder food blends and new product development consultants.
We are based in Malaga, and are a privately owned business established in 1999, focused on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
Magnum have partnered with manufacturers and suppliers of global food ingredient brands to offer a comprehensive range of food ingredients to cover all sectors within the food and beverage industry. We utilise these ingredients to design our own, and customer specific liquid and powder blends.
What is the Production Lead-Hand role?
- Hands on role responsible for co-ordinating a small team of experienced operators.
- Permanent full-time salaried position.
- Dayshift, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.
What you will need to apply?
- Eligibility to work unsupported in Australia.
- Experience in food manufacture would be a distinct advantage.
- Physically fit with ability to lift 25kg repetitively whilst loading batches.
- Ability to self-motivate and perform multiple tasks.
- Proven ability as a team player, communicate and interact well with others.
- Dependable and can work flexible hours when required.
- Strong work ethic who is not afraid to work hard.
- Current Forklift licence essential.

What you will be doing?
- Co-ordinating staff effectively and efficiently to complete the production schedule in full and on time.
- Ensuring the highest level of quality and consistency across our range of manufactured products.
- Manual handling, forklift driving and lifting involved.
- Setting up production equipment and stripping down again for cleaning.
What you will be responsible for?
- Co-ordinating a small team across 3 production rooms.
- Ensuring that all manufactured blends are produced right first time.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy, hygienic working environment.
- Escalating any issues to the Operations Manager.
