Role Overview
Due to growth, this manufacturing company is seeking an enthusiastic Production & Logistics Planner to join the team. Working alongside the logistics coordinator and other members of the production, operations and wider business, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our production and logistics operations.
Key Duties:
- Confirm production schedules and delivery dates with customers
- Manage production and delivery changes, liaising closely with the Production Coordinator
- Enter and update data in production forecasting spreadsheets
- Assist with ordering bulk inventory and managing back orders
- Support customer service by addressing queries and ensuring timely communication
- Promote continuous improvement and safety awareness in all processes

We're looking for someone with:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A friendly, engaging personality and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A quick learner with a proactive approach and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Driver's licence / own transport (public transport is not available)
Any prior experience in customer service, logistics, planning or manufacturing would be ideal, however, we are more interested in your soft skills, ability to learn quickly and interested in wanting to build a career in planning & manufacturing

- Full-time permanent role, Mon-Fri 6:30 am - 4:30pm
