The Mould & RemediationSales Manager is a newly created sales commission-based position that requires a dynamic individual to spearhead B2B sales activities and account management with a focus on mould decontamination, remediation and occupational hygiene.
The key responsibilities include maintaining a pipeline of work, prospecting and responding to quotes and tenders, creating relationships with customers, account management and customer retention.
Success in this role hinges on being an experienced, dedicated, and sales-oriented professional.
Responsibilities:- Develop an annual Sales plan that supports the stream growth targets for Mould & Remediation services
- Establish pipeline opportunities in South Australia with key B2B customers
- Cultivate strong relationships with a customer-centric approach
- Identify solutions, technology options and new procedures within the McMahon Services project delivery framework
- Embrace change and flexibility in a fast paced work environment to meet evolving project and company needs
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science (or similar)
- Certified Environmental Practitioner
- Hold relevant certifications (e.g. Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration)
- Hold a current White Card
- Experience in hazardous materials and industrial services
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the Environmental Industry, with a strong focus on customer relationships and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
