Form of workAbout this role Production Operator – Ingleburn About the opportunity We are seeking an experienced Production Operator to join the team based at our Bradford Insulation manufacturing site in Ingleburn NSW.
The position requires you to operate site machinery safely and efficiently to enable the overall success of the team. The successful candidate will work a 12-hour continuous shift. Specifically, 2 days then, 2 nights followed by 4 days off.
Penalties are paid as per the ‘CSR Bradford Insulation Ingleburn Agreement'. They will be formally trained to operate equipment in the glass wool factory. Skills earned deliver higher grades which attract higher rates.
The successful applicant will be self motivated, show initiative, be punctual and have a strong consideration for company WHSE policies and demonstrate a commitment to a high standard of housekeeping. They will work as part of a 9 man team. Skills & Qualifications required
