You will be the heart of the company, ensuring our sweet products are delivered to a high standard whilst meeting supplier demands. You will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern.As a Mars Operator, your days will be filled with chocolatey goodness and sweet smells, you will be accountable for the performance of several machines, processes and pieces of equipment to ensure all products are being delivered on time and to standard, this is you opportunity to join a global company that values the development of all employees.
What are we looking for?- Manufacturing experience; desirable but not essential

- Mechanical aptitude; desirable but not essential
What will be your key responsibilities?- Safely & competently operate all equipment
- Ensure all products are manufactured to Mars standards
- Maintaining general housekeeping within the factory
- Driving improvements
- Responsible for monitoring and running multiple pieces of equipment through the usage of software interface systems as well as physical checks
- Completing effective shift handovers & ensuring changeovers are done smoothly
- Part of a shift team, contributing to the achievement of targets.
