Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment in a safe and efficient manner to ensure the production of high-quality flavour and colour products. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous operation.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Always adhere to company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• General mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills is a plus .
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Physical Requirement:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate weights.
• Ability to work in a variety of acceptable environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and noise.
