Flexible work roster. Some Saturdays required.
An Amazing opportunity exists for an enthusiastic forward thinker who enjoys working in a vibrant, growing Allied Health practice with strong systems and procedures in place. We are looking for the right person to join our reception staff and undertake the following duties:
- Creating a welcoming and warm environment
- Appointment scheduling and processing payments
- Handling enquiries and accounts
- Maintaining a clean and professional clinic environment
- Banking and Accounts
We are an innovative practice that is dedicated to helping our clients get better and more importantly stay better.
We seek someone with the following traits:
- Great Communication skills
- Self-management and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and able to follow our systems
- Well-spoken and presentable
- Flexibility with work hours including some Saturday availability
- Extra-mile attitude and customer-service focus
- Experience with practice management software desirable
