SalaryWe are seeking skilled Bakers and Line Operators to become part of our Production Team. Your responsibilities will include managing the processing of high-quality frozen dough products situated in Campbelltown.

The key duties of this position are:
- Operate machinery
- Measure ingredients
- Mix raw materials
- Monitor dough/product quality and line performance, reporting and escalating any deviations
- Clean equipment and workspace
- Contribute to the development of plant, product, and process improvements
- Foster a positive work environment
- Follow GMP, HACCP, and Quality Management Systems in line with company policies
- Work safely and adhere to safe practices.
Key skills required to be successful in this role are:
- Previous experience in a similar role in Food Manufacturing (Preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work with various food types such as wheat, whole meal, cheese, meat, etc.
- Proficient in a fast-paced environment and multitasking
- Manual handling up to 25kgs
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail with a positive attitude
- Understanding of workplace and food safety (HACCP)
