SalaryOur client is one of Australasia’s leading rubber, plastics, cork and polyurethane manufacturers and due to continued growth is now looking for a Production Operator and an experienced Leading Hand to commence immediately.

Training will be provided. Temp to perm positions.
Shifts will be Mon - Fri
Day shift 5/6am – 13.00/14.00
Ideally, the successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
- Experience and or interest in working in a manufacturing / production environment.
- Experience with use of rubber or plastics and batching/mixing type work an advantage
- Physically Fit and active for manual handling duties as required
- Motivated and self-driven
- Punctual and Reliable
- Can work in a team environment and individually
- Focus on safety and commitment to OH&S principles
- Leading Hand- 2 year’s experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with experience leading/supervising a small team (12-15)in a similar industry.
- Leading Hand- must have a maintenance background and experience performing general and preventative maintenance.
