The Opportunity
We are seeking a Production Operator to join our growing business in a full-time role, assisting and working alongside our team lead.
Responsibilities
You will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacture of our products to ensure the quality of each component.
Skills & Experiences
Must be able to work with limited supervision and as an effective team member.
- Attention to detail in a high pressure environment.
- Experience with small tools; drills, saws, routers, impact drivers.
- Forklift License.
- Fast paced work ethic.
- Well rounded experience in hands-on work and lifting.
- Preparedness to move around in different teams as required.
- Trade qualification is desirable
- Experience or ability to learn the principles of safely rigging a variety of items;
- High levels of physical strength and mobility required to complete this role
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise work and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Sound knowledge of safe working practices and procedures in a workshop environment
