About the role:
- Ensure that our products and services are efficiently produced to a high quality standard and in a timely manner
- Primary focus is on the compounding and preparation of a diverse range of ingredients
- Ensuring that all work is conducted in a safe and environmentally aware manner and that production objectives are met as a cooperative member of the Production team
- Accurately weighing out components as per the batch record
- Required to participate in implementing the HACCP continuous improvement program
About you:
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Motivated and committed team player with a positive can-do attitude
- English proficiency skills, both written and oral
- Customer oriented and trouble shooting skills to adapt/respond to different types of production challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and ability to use your initiative
- High attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 15 kgs regularly and perform manual tasks
- Current Forklift License advantageous
Job Types: Casual, Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $28.26 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 38 per week
