The Role:
Join our Sunshine Coast office and play a crucial part of our Managed IT and Print solutions team as a proficient and dedicated Production Print Technician. In this full-time position, you'll be entrusted with delivering exceptional customer service through top-tier repairs, installations, and comprehensive support, particularly in the realm of Production Print. If you are passionate about delivering unparalleled service and have a sharp focus on quality print solutions, this role is custom-built for you!
The key areas of focus are:
- Customer Support – Cultivate positive relationships with clients by delivering outstanding customer service, clear communication, and high-quality outcomes within designated service level agreements (SLAs).
- Adherence to service delivery processes & stock management- Utilize efficient systems to ensure optimal outcomes for all jobs while maintaining productivity and effective stock management.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Print Technician or in a similar technical support role, with a strong background in Production Print.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing printing equipment, including various printer models and accessories.
- Sound knowledge of print software and the ability to troubleshoot software-related issues.
- Strong customer service skills with a customer-focused approach and the ability to maintain professionalism even in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality print solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient support delivery.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude, always seeking ways to improve processes and exceed customer expectations.
- Possession of a current and valid driver's license.
- Possession of a Blue Card or the ability to obtain one for working with children.
