About the Role:
WorkPac is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Production & Reliability Officer for our esteemed client. This position offers exciting potential for long-term career growth within a supportive and tight-knit team environment. The role entails 45 hours per week, with flexibility available to accommodate school hours, and operates from Monday to Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform delay data entry, validation, and reporting for Longwall, Development, and Coal Clearance processes.
- Implement and maintain delay reporting systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive reliability processes, including conducting RCA/ICAM investigations and recommending corrective actions.
- Actively participate in maintenance and operations meetings, capturing action items and distributing minutes as required.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and professionalism in all interactions.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the mining or related industry preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and reporting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
