- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with the owner and office manager to ensure seamless integration of new staff.
- Train new recruits on office systems and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve company culture and staff retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Provide ongoing HR support to the team.
