The Opportunity:
As our business continues to grow, we are on the lookout for a Production Administration Officer for our Production and Technical Support Team.
The role will suit anyone that is interested in a range of technologies while being a part of the NextGen Aged Care / healthcare tech wave!
While no two days look the same, some of the key responsibilities include:
- Receive inbound calls, obtain necessary information and utilise generalist knowledge to transfer customers to appropriate service support specialists in a courteous, accurate and efficient manner.
- Provide high quality generalist service as the first point of contact for support centre customers.
- Ensure client satisfaction as a priority as assessed and monitored through customer feedback.
- Ensure the business is supported with accurate inventory levels.
- Maintaining accuracy levels throughout the purchasing, import and stock transfer stages using unleashed software, critical analysis, review and accurate data processing.
- Review stock allocations and sales patterns to maintain consistent supplies.
- Examine any stock queries, escalating any concerns.
- Facilitate good communication between Customer Service, Inventory, and Warehouse teams.
- Take responsibility for warehouse inventory management and conducting regular stock takes.
- Abiding to WHS guidelines to ensure a safe workplace for all.
What we expect from you:
- Looking for candidates with 3+ years customer service and administration experience and previously worked in an office environment
- Need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve.
- Proficient in computer literacy, Microsoft applications, Unleashed and JIRA.
- Specific software will be taught however need to be technically savvy and have the ability to pick up systems quickly.
-The ability to work and live in Australia is essential.
