This role will manage a team of production operators across our shop floor.*Successful applicants will be required to undergo a physical assessment and medical as part of the pre-employment processWhat You Will DoReporting to the Production Manager, you will:Supervise a team of production team membersCoordinate and interact with cross-functional technical specialists and teamsPeople management, including supervision of staff, training, performance appraisal, discipline, safety, and grievance procedures.Ensure processes are standardised and processes are being followedDetermine manufacturing priorities based on established production schedulesInitiate and drive continuous process improvement activitiesDirect routine equipment maintenance and set upFacilitate cross-functional (maintenance, purchasing, engineering, OH&S) area improvementsDrive departmental safety programs to ensure the safety of employeesWhat you’ll bring to the role:At Vista, we value the experiences that individual team members add to our culture.
