We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Supervisor to join our clients dynamic team at their large iron ore mine in the Pilbara.

- Supervise and lead a team of 15-20 direct reports in a large-scale open pit mining operation.
- Ensure efficient and safe production processes within the Load & Haul environment.
- Oversee daily operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and achieve company goals.
- Proven experience in a Mining Production Load & Haul environment.
- Currently hold or are working towards Section 26 certification.
- Demonstrated history of operating in a production all-round capacity.
- Experience with Frontrunner Autonomous Haulage System is desirable but not essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
