Wagyu Biltong Co. is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and well organised individual to lead our production team.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Full Time ( Monday - Friday ) 8am - 4pm
- Paid public holidays. No weekend work.
- Ordering, scheduling, forecasting production needs for the company.
- Product quality assurance.
- Food handling, cleaning and sanitisation.
- Meeting weekly / monthly KPI's.
- Additional tasks may be required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent knife skills.
- Forecasting, scheduling & planning experience.
- Efficient time management.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective leadership.
- Food safety knowledge.
- Attention to detail.
