We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications. THE ROLE An exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Coopers Plains, Queensland.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 9 operators, supporting and supervising production activities to ensure that CSR's expectation of safety performance, production quality, customer service, and profit are met. The position will be on a rotating roster Monday to Friday - day shift (6am – 2pm), afternoon shift (2pm-10pm), and night shift (10pm – 6am). Extra overtime available usually on Saturday day and afternoon shifts, as well as other supervisor coverage.
