About The Role
Pride Mobility Products Australia Pty Ltd requires a Quantum Production and Inventory Supervisor. Quantum Production and Inventory Supervisor is a full-time position in our Quantum Rehab Division based at our head office, in Hallam, Victoria.
As our Quantum Production and Inventory Supervisor, the primary focus of your role is the supervision of our Quantum production, production scheduling, the inventory required to support this production, and the provision of customer support to our wholesale supplier network in Australia and New Zealand.
Our Quantum Rehab Division primarily focuses on the production of customised power wheelchair solutions for our customers at a wholesale level.
The individual will lead a team currently consisting of 11 - 6 powerchair builders, and a further 5 members providing administrative, purchasing and customer service support.
Previous experience within a customised production environment is necessary; knowledge of power wheelchairs is advantageous, but not essential.
About You
Additionally the successful applicant will require the following skills.
- Strong production scheduling and organisational skills.
- Be customer service focused with good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Systems and process orientated.
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience with bill of materials.
- Stock control experience.
- Supervisory skills and the ability to work closely with and report to senior management.
- Team player.
Supervising production, production scheduling and inventory management to support this production. Also, the provision of customer support to our wholesale supplier network in Australia and New Zealand.
