- Previous Leadership in Mining Industry is required. Production / Port experience would be advantageous;

- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across workgroups.
- Experience working within a Supply Chain network and Large Processing Equipment
