Multikraft Probiotics Australia is a growing ag-tech company that has developed a range of probiotic services and products that provide sustainable solutions benefiting the agricultural, animal husbandry and environmental sectors. 

We are searching for an innovative Production Technician to join our team. This exciting role requires a hands-on approach to ensure production targets are met. Ideally, you will be a fast learner, patient, and flexible team player, with the capacity to take on responsibility and make confident decisions. More importantly you must be someone who takes pride in their work and has a high level of attention to detail.

As an important member of our team, you will receive valuable on-the-job training and opportunity for career progression. 

Key responsibilities:

• Performing assigned product and manufacturing assembly tasks
• Develop an understanding and knowledge of our products
• Mixing microbial products 
• Inspect and test finished products
• Decanting and labelling products
• Loading and unloading products for transport
• Follow all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines. This includes the safe and proper operation of any machinery and equipment 
• Maintain a high level of productivity
• Practice good housekeeping habits throughout the facility with focus on personal contributions towards clean and organised work areas
• Assist with maintaining written records i.e. compliance and testing
• General warehousing duties
