General minimum requirements for all roles are:

Specific minimum requirements for the following roles:
Head Chefs
- 3+ year’s prior Supervisory/ Management experience
- Working hands-on with the team of Chefs
- All duties listed below under ‘Chefs’
- Ability and willingness to work with the Hotel Group Executive Chef.
Sous Chef
- 1+ year’s prior Supervisory experience
- Working hands-on with the team of Chefs
- All duties listed below under ‘Chefs’
Chefs
- Trade qualified / or significant experience
- Broad cooking styles and experiences
- HACCP and food hygiene and safety system experience
- No food allergies
- Chemical handling experience
REMUNERATION
WAGES Roles (Chefs & Sous Chef) - This employer pays all penalties, loadings and correctly to the Award, in addition to the base hourly rate being significantly above the Award. (No underpayments as employees are valued!)
SALARY Roles (Head Chef) – This employer pays a fair salary and limits work hours to an average of 45 hours per week. (No slave-labour salaries with these guys, you get to have a life outside of work - Salaried employees are valued!)
