We can’t wait for you to join our team as a Professional Civil Hydropower Engineer and bring your fresh perspective to the team.

This role will cover:

• Provide comprehensive design services, including the development, of new projects and refurbishment of existing projects.
• Emphasis on hydropower and pumped storage engineering projects.
• Hydraulic and structural design and analysis.
• Design of underground cavern and waterways.
• Construction support and supervision.
• Electro-mechanical and hydro-mechanical design of conventional hydropower and pumped storage.

You will work with, and actively contribute to an effective and experienced team who will help you to further develop your skills and knowledge.

You have a background in the following areas:

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
• Strong experience in Hydropower Engineering, in particular with an emphasis on civil, hydraulics, structural, and geotechnical / rock mechanics disciplines. (5-8 years).
• Investigation and design of hydropower and pumped storage schemes.
• Planning, development, feasibility studies and implementation of hydropower and pumped storage projects.
• Experience or knowledge of hydrology would be an advantage.
