The Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) has an opportunity for a skilled and experienced Professional Development Program Coordinator to join the Learning and Development team. You will join a dynamic team managing the expansion of Members' Professional Development Programs.
About the REIV:
The REIV is the peak body for real estate professionals in Victoria. Our mission is to lead and represent the real estate industry and advance the professionalism of members.
The REIV is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), and our members must undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to retain their membership. Our training ranges from entry-level courses through to ongoing Professional Development for experienced real estate agents.
The Role
As the Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the REIV Professional Development training and assessment program. This role involves increasing Professional Development course offerings, member participation, and is the primary contact for member enquiries regarding the program.
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop and expand the CPD program, increasing course offerings and member participation.
- Liaise with our Member Chapters to develop and update training program content for accuracy and relevance.
- Serve as the primary contact for member enquiries about the program, including course information, selection, transfers, refunds, and enrolment processes.
- Maintain a register of approved courses for CPD points and applications for external CPD points with external providers.
- Manage a rolling training calendar, including in-person, online, and webinars.
- Create course events in REIV databases and manage course marketing and promotional activities with the Marketing team
Essential Criteria
- Proven administration experience in managing education courses and programs.
- Real estate knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience as a content creator (e.g., Articulate 360) is a plus.
- Exceptional computer literacy, especially in Microsoft programs.
- Ability to meet targets and manage budgets.
- Strong capability to work autonomously and collaboratively, building effective relationships.
- Outstanding multi-tasking, time, and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and contributing to a positive and ethical culture.
- Victorian Driver's Licence required.
- Occasional regional travel.
