Professional Services Engineer
We are seeking a Professional Services Engineer with a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced, high-performing environment to join our team. As part of the Escalations and Professional Services team, you will act as an escalation point for our internal support teams and wider Nexon customers. This role will be a hybrid role, with the requirement to be onsite at Customer sites as needed.About Us:

- Manage escalations and provide onsite technical assistance
- Assist and resolve incidents raised by staff and internal support teams
- Support by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical issues
- Provide guidance, support and mentoring to the internal support teams
- Assist with delivering key solutions and occasionally project tasks
- Documentation of support processes and issue resolutions
- Dedicated Onsite Support
- Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider highly desirable
- Joining a collaborative team, you will have a proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Over 5 years’ technical experience in an IT environment
- Ability to manage and support Microsoft environments including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 / SCCM / Intune
- Experience in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory management, Group Policy administration and PowerShell
- Demonstrated knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing
- Remote Desktop / Terminal Services / Citrix Virtual Apps experience
- Knowledge of Service Now and N-Able desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical knowledge of products and services with a solid understanding of multiple systems across Infrastructure, Cloud and Network
- Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role (both internal & external)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team environment with strong communication and collaboration skills
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal staff across all aspects of the business
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and process oriented
