We are looking for is a strong communicator who is passionate about supporting and guiding others, and who naturally builds exceptional client relationships.
Experience in the Disability, Health or Employment sector is preferred as you as we are looking for someone who understands the vulnerabilities and barriers that our customers can face in the workplace.
A typical week will involve...
- Provide support to both customers and employers to ensure customers maintain sustainable and ongoing employment
- Think outside the box and resolve challenges for both parties as they arise
- Help employers provide a suitable and positive work environment for our customers & guide on workplace modifications
- Effectively manage a caseload of Ongoing Support customers
- Overcome objections, and break down employment barriers that exist for people with disability
- Preparation for and involvement in Ongoing Support Assessments
- Collating and preparing documentary evidence in line with contractual guidelines
- Actively engage with customers to positively advocate the APM brand
- Passing internal and external audits in line with Disability Employment Services contract.
To be considered, you will have...
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Previous experience in Disability, Health or Employment sector experience is preferred
- Ability to successfully manage a caseload
- Proven experience working with targets and KPI's
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Able to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
