The Opportunity   

To better deliver on Amplar Health and Medibank’s prevention ambition, our Preventative Health Operations Squad delivers a range of funded programs including Health Concierge, CareComplete, and Health & Wellbeing Checks.   

Two new opportunities have been created to work closely with our Preventative Health Operations leaders to improve our program governance, ensuring excellent service delivery in line with service delivery guidelines and frameworks.  

As such our Program Advisor will: 

  • Provide real time program specific support to frontline clinicians and leaders  

  • Identify, develop and implement appropriate education and training including via call audits and case reviews and/or monitoring all clinical/non clinical audit outcomes.  

  • Deliver new starter induction and support the upskilling of new employees in their first 3 months  

  • Leverage data to monitor and identify trends, emerging issues, and potential service enhancements  

  

About You  

As either an AHPRA Registered Nurse or Allied Health professional we are looking for your expertise in clinical education and a continuous improvement mindset which is key in inspiring our teams to the highest standards in performance.  

You will need to the capability to evaluate clinical education and bring strong IT skills and literacy.
