Housing Plus is a leading community services provider, with a 40 year history, delivering a range of affordable and specialist accommodation, domestic violence and homelessness services in regional NSW. We have a number of current and upcoming innovative development projects that will make a significant difference to the lives of many individuals and families in regional NSW, and we are currently seeking a Program and Contract Manager.
The Program and Contract Manager is responsible for providing assurance to Housing Plus by working closely with the Plus Property Development Team to ensure all contractual, reporting and compliance requirements associated with the relevant contracts are fully met, as well as supporting development program delivery and budget management.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in project management within the construction / development (or similar) sector
- Experience in contract administration and performance management
- Demonstrated business acumen, including financial management skills and sound commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High degree of drive and initiative with the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.

This is a 2 year contract with the possibility of extension. We are flexible with location within NSW and some regional travel will be required with projects in a number of different regional areas of NSW.
