Talent International is working in partnership with our higher education government client in seeking an experienced Program Coordinatorto support a digital program of work.
The Role:
The Program Coordinator will oversee project timelines, track progress, and ensure that deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Key responsibilities include: preparing comprehensive action plans that detail resources, timeframes, and budgets, organizing meetings, maintaining project documentation, and handling financial queries. The Program Coordinator will also manage schedule and risk factors, assist in developing and implementing project plans and strategies, and provide administrative and logistical support to streamline processes and resolve issues.
Key Criteria:
- Proven work experience as a Program Coordinator
- Experience or certification in Project management, Prince2 or Agile (desirable)
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
- Prior Government / Education project experience (desirable not essential)
