We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and flexible Program Club Manager to join our Youth and Community Programs team. This position plays a crucial role in relieving Youth Club Program Managers to ensure PCYC's Youth and Community programs continue to be delivered to the community. This position has the flexibility to be based at one of our PCYC clubs around Queensland (subject to availability), however this position requires you to spontaneously travel within the state with short notice, sometimes with unspecified durations. Your New Role
The Program Club Manager will be responsible for regularly travelling within the state to relieve Youth Club Program Manager roles, often at short notice. This role will manage the day-to-day operational and service delivery of Youth and Community Programs at a club level. The role is accountable for ensuring the development and delivery of all centers related youth and community activities across the club along with ensuring a professional standard of supervision, training and service is always maintained. To be successful in this role, you will be adaptable, flexible, and successfully deliver the suite of programs directed by the clubs Social Impact Action Plan. About You
- A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable, or significant experience in the industry in lieu of a qualification.
- At least 3 years’ experience in delivery of youth and community programs.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a leading and managing teams within different environments.
- Must be able to travel across the state with short notice and to stay for an unknown amount of time.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse team.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build sustained relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability in managing contract governance, programs, projects.
- Hold a current unrestricted driver’s license.
